I received melted or damaged products
If you received a package with melted or damaged products, please contact our consumer service and provide us with the following information:
Your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email. It usually looks something like this: 800001234
A picture of the product whether it is in a bad condition, melted, ruined, or in another way not edible.
The best-before date that you can find on the bottom or side of the jar.
We will look into the issue and present you with different options to either receive a credit or have the order shipped to you again. All costs are covered by us.
Please note that you must select shipping with Ice Packs for destinations above 73°F in order for us to offer to replace melted products.
